Admin not working

My silverstripe website was working fine. I have installed the forum modules there and when I created a new forum thread the whole admin area get crashed. it is not working (I just get a white page)
What the problem can be? I tried with enabling the dev mode but still I didnt find any errors, and the ?showtemplate=1 shows that it fetches some templates too.
Any ideas will be appreciated!

Set in _config.php Debug::send_errors_to('myemail@address.com') to get error reporting. Make sure your php.ini has error reporting cranked up too. Let us know what the error is if it isn't an obvious fix.

I solved it, it was just because of the memory limit is low.
