Accessibility

Does anyone know how well silverstripe handles accessibility, particularly in the administration section?
Does it qualify for Full ATAG 2.0 Conformance at Level "Triple-A" - http://www.w3.org/TR/ATAG20/, or how much work would be required to make it so?

The CMS section defiantly doesn't validate to that level. Any work / improvements you can do or patchs that would be great. Updating the html in the cms is a constant process but every little step counts
