Site Completely Crashed

I have not done anything to my website for months now. Today I went to check on it and found that the general "can't access server" message. I tried to get into my admin panel, but it displayed the same message. I found some help on the forums and got in using the debugging mode.
Here is the error that I am getting:
"FATAL ERROR: DATABASE ERROR: Couldn't run query: INSERT INTO `PageView` SET Created = NOW() | Table 'PageView' is marked as crashed and should be repaired
At line 397 in /home/p335657r/public_html/sapphire/core/model/Database.php"There is alot more after that, should I post it as well?

try with repairing your database. make sure you have a back up first.

Go to http://www.yoursite.com/db/build?flush=1, replacing yoursite.com with your site name

D.K I dont think that will fix the issue, what I believe is that this has happened because of the database has crashed. to repair the database refer to the following url
