Paid Support Subscriptions

We are looking into Silverstripe, but for a product that will possibly be used at a corporate level in a production environment, we would need some sort of paid subscription for support. The $1200 a day for support when needed won't fly with our management.
I read something on the site about paid retainers for support. How much are they per quarter?

Retainers are designed for our clients to pay after a project, to keep the site running / support etc.
As per that page says for more information please contact support@silverstripe.com. Or email our Peter for more billing information for corporate clients. But $600 / Half Day or $1200 a full day is the standard support rate for our non current clients.

Are those rates in New Zealand Dollars or US Dollars?
