build dynamic page

Hi!
In my site I have a page that show a list of query result (name and a 3 row of a long description) taken from external db. For every result I need a link that show the complete description. The page that I open click on the link is a silverstripe page. How can I create this page in silverstripe?I need build a page inside the administration?This page change with query result. -

Um i can't quite understand what the question is? You have a list of results form the database that you want to link to another page on you site?...

Sorry, for me is a bit complicate explain my problem in english.
I have a list of result un my Page.ss tahken from xternal db, throught a query.
Field that I show are name and 3 row of description (not the complite description). for every result I need a link like 'read more' that open a new page (with template of my site) with the complete description.
Something like ArticleHolder and Article Page. But my data are thaken from externa db and not write inside cRM administration.
Can you explain how create page after click on the link?
