Hi All,

I am not sure the best place to post this, so here seemed appropriate.

I need to create some "content areas" that will contain a short para of copy, a title and an associated image. These need to be independent of any pages but also need to be content editable.

These content areas then need to be linked to from various pages around the site.

I can see several ways of doing this, though I am not sure what is best:

1. Create a new page, with each area represented as three fields (IE: Title field, Image Field, Copy Field). Then link these fields to other pages in the site (seems a bit messy to me).

2. Use a widget (I am not sure if you can make individual content managed widgets that you can then add to pages).

3. Use a data object (Havent really looked into this in much depth).

Not sure if that makes much sense, but if you can make head nor tail of it, can you let me know if I am on the right track? :)
