Manager crashing

The site is displaying ok, but when I try to load the manager, I get the error below (in darkritual theme):
XML Parsing Error: syntax error
Location: http://www.teamnexus.co.uk/web/manager
Line Number 1, Column 1:The requested page couldn't be found.
^I've swapped back to BlackCandy, and that errors on manager also.
Any thoughts where to look for what I've done wrong?

Err, what is /manager supposed to be? Is this a custom page type, a page that you've created in the CMS or some other controller?
XML parsing errors can be caused be invalid XML in your templates. Make sure all your templates are valid, and check the source of the generated page to make sure everything looks fine too.

I think you have just highlighted why I got the error - when I tried /admin, everything works fine ...
