Interrupted Javascripts after Login

Hello
i have a few jQuery Scripts on my SS - Site.
They work fine as long i dont login.
After a Login the jQuery Scripts seem to be interupted.Doesn't matter if i am a Admin or ForumMember.
Does anybody know why?

Does being logged in include any extra JS that you don't have when you are not logged in?. Have you used the jQuery template like http://doc.silverstripe.com/doku.php?id=jquery#examples - note the function($) at the top which prevents it from conflicting with the prototype code on the site
