How to acces the Content Field existing in the File table from the CMS?

I have seen in the File table of the SS_mysite database a Field called Content, but when this field doesn't appear in the popup window when I want to edit the information related with a File or a Image on the CMS.
So my question is: How can I add it to the function call for PopUp in the Image class?Thanks!
