Remove "Comments" & "Security" tabs in the CMS

How can I remove these tabs? They serve no purpose for what I use SilverStripe for so I'd rather just remove them to avoid client confusion. I have already managed to remove the "Help" tab but cannot find where to do the "Comments" & "Security" tabs.
Come to think of it, in replace of the "Help" tab I'd like a "Support" tab. Can I add in new tabs?

1. Go to Security
2. Create new group
3. Select new group
4. Go to permissions tab
5. Select "Access to Site Content"
6. Select "Access to files and images"
7. Select any other permissions you wish to give the group.
8. Add limited users to new group.
9. Save
