First time login to Backend successful, after that it fails.

Hi,
I installed 2.3.2 Beta and RC - twice. No Updates.
Everytime i log in to the backend the first time everything is ok, after that i cant log in to the backend.I tried Safari, IE, firefox
I did use the andreas2 template, but that should not be the cause.

It just quits loading.
I installed firebug, no errors.Could any1 help me please. I would really like to run a site using ss.

changed back to blackcandy,
did several dev/build
and ?flush=1still the backend doesnt load.

if i append ?isDev=1 at xyz.org/admin/
the loading works fine. tested in safari and firefox
is this a bug or a feature?It makes a bit sense that the site could only be edited if its in developer mode, but BUT .....
