tinyMCE span lang="en-gn

Hi
I've started using the latest version of silverstripe with the updated tinyMCE bu i've been having a few issues with it.
It rapped all images in a div that you couldnt resize iv managed to fix that
But it is also putting a span in every h1, h2, p ... tags and i cant work out how to remove this, any ideas?

Just thought is this lang attribute needed for the new spell check feature?
