"Published Site" and "Draft Sit" red boxes in tutorial

I am trying to go through tutorial with 2.3.1 release. I try to understand how it works and one thing is not cleare. Probably it is silly question but where "Published Site" and "Draft Sit" red boxes are created. I look for them in Page.php and in Page.ss without success.
Please somebady help me explaining the mechanism of it? How to get rid of these boxes from the view.

I have found that myself ... $SilverStripeNavigator must be removed. That's all

Note that $SilverStripeNavigator should only be shown when your site is in development or you are a logged in admin user, so it doesn't actually get shown to the site visitors, its just there to help navigating between the cms / page.
