Mark comment as spam doesn't work

Hi! I'm working with SS 2.3.1 and when I mark a comment as spam (in administration or in the front-end) it doesn't work.
Also this happen when I mark a spam comment as "not spam".In the administration the comment disappears but if I refresh the comment is still in the "not-spam" section.
Anyone has the same problem?

Can you try the new 2.3.2 rc release and see if you still have an issue.
If that still doesn't work please make a ticket on http://open.silverstripe.com/
