Frontend in specific language?

Hello!
How do i make sure that people that visit my website see the website in their language? For example dutch?
So the frontend is dutch when they visit.
the backend is english when i visit.I saw that you can have a profile and that the admin can change his language, but that doesn't work for guest visitors ofcourse.
