Silverstripe Content Editor Tutorial?

Hello people,
I have developed a few sites now with Silverstripe for some clients, and the biggest question I get upon delivery is "Is there a good tutorial for me to use when I update the site"?
So, I'm forwarding that question on to people here: Is there a good one out there, or am I better off creating one myself to hand out afterwards for my clients who may have no previous experience with a CMS?

The current help link in the cms links to http://help.silverstripe.com/ which has a guide that has been updated for 2.3
