Fatal Error when accessing admin mode

After working on the system last night and encountering no problems I tried to access admin mode to continuing working on my local development site this morning and this error message came up. This occurred once I entered my username and password.
FATAL ERROR: None of these templates can be found: Security_dologin.ss, Security.ss
At line 74 in C:\wamp\www\silverstripe3\sapphire\core\SSViewer.phpHelp Please!!!!
