site and admin page does'nt work

hi
i have a big big problem
my site doesn't work
i have this error:Website Error
There has been an errorThe website server has not been able to respond to your request.
what is striking my admin page doesn't work too and i have the same error :/
is there any way do check where is the reason ?
i dont work with php code since 3 days, in last friday everything was ok, bu today something happend and i dont know what

Turn on devmode so you are see the full error messages. Turn it on by adding this to your mysite/_config.php
Director::set_environment_type("dev");
This will give you an error which you are use

the reason is:
Lost connection to MySQL server at 'reading initial communication packet', system error: 111
(
so i have to call to server admin and aks what are they doing
