Hi,

today I installed Silverstripe. The first login was successful, then I added an other theme and tried to login again. But now there only comes the message:

Log in

Welcome Back,

You're logged in as .

And the button "Login as someone else"

I don't know what's wrong. Does anybody has an idea what I could do?

Thanks a lot. ;)

This looks like normal operation.

You are logged in with an account that doesn't have a name. If you click 'login as someone else' you should get the login form again. If you log out or the session expires, you should get the same thing.

What is the problem, exactly?

Can you login when adding a default admin to your mysite/_config.php?

Security::setDefaultAdmin("username", "password");

I had some problems with logging in as well. Sometimes (during development) clearing browsercache and removing cookies helped me...

Ähm I can't add an admin account in the _config.php? There's an error message then.

Clearing browserchache and removing cookies doesn't help. The same message comes again. :(

What message do you get when you add a default admin in mysite/_config.php ?

This is a bug. The log in as someone else feature was adding in 2.3.2 and it does not always redirect successfully. All you need to do is edit the url to site.com/admin again and you should be in the admin panel.
