Will Silverstripe help me with my website??

Hi Everyone,
I have my own website that focuses on how to whiten teeth.
Just wondering is there anyway Silverstripe could help me to improve it??

It certainly looks like you're been busy evaluating many platforms on their respective sites:

Which is also doing quite a good job of ...ahem... elevating your site's pagerank. If you are seriously looking for a CMS (not just Google bombing) you'll have to provide some details on what your goals are and we'll steer you along.
Do you need ecommerce?
What type and level of SEO/SEM will you be doing?
Are you going to be posting regular content like a blog or maintaining an interactive site? -
