I guess they took it off. I don't have it posted anywhere else yet. My own site is under development. Here is an RTF with the instructions I had written

Hi, maybe you want to also have a look on "responsive webdesign" (for example here: http://www.smashingmagazine.com/2011/07/22/responsive-web-design-techniques-tools-and-design-strategies/#more-109013 )
The basic idea is to share the same HTML for all devices and let the browser select an appropriate CSS.
