Link Error in Security page

Hi,

Just noticed in SS 2.3.3 when you go to the 'Security' tab, then the 'Permissions' sub-tag, the link to the security page is malformed as:

http://[myhost]/\"http://doc.silverstripe.com/doku.php?id=permissions:codes\"
