silverstripe noob: How do you apply css to widget titles?

trying to style the widget title. don't see it anywhere in the css files or .ss files. Is this in a class file somewhere?

Get yourself firebug. It analizes the markup and tells you from which file the css comes from.

defiently get firbug, i cant develop without it!
