cache in the blog module

I installed the blog module. Now I try to modify blog/templates/Includes/BlogSummary.ss.
After I go to my page "http://mysite.com/my-blog?flush=1"
but that command doesn't update the changes that I've made in BlogSummary.ss.If I do changes in blog/templates/Layout/BlogHolder.ss and run ttp://mysite.com/my-blog?flush=1, I see changes.
What is the problem?
