Tutorial Page Code

Hello,
Where can I download the correct code for the Silver Stripe tutorials?
Somewhere between tutorial 1 and 2 the CMS interface was affected so that the links for Content, Behavior, To Do, Reports etc. are still there but they don't visually appear as tabs, just text links (see attached screenshot). I think it would help to check my code against the tutorial code to see if there's a difference.

usually the ?flush=1 trick fixes things when the CMS gets weird for me, but I didn't have that problem when doing the tutorials myself.
