Load Balancing

How does the Silverstripe cache affects the load balancing of the site ? anyone can through light on this topic ?

In the load balancing setups I've been involved with we have simply kept separate caches on each of the public servers. The only thing you need to be careful with is when deploying to the web servers you may need to flush the cache on each server specifically.
