DreamHost with version 2.2.3 or 2.3

We are planing to host two SS projects on Dream Host for first 6 months.
I have been reading about DreamHost performance issue with SS 2.2.2 . But would like to know if same has been fixed on version 2.2.3 or 2.3.
The docs are not updated frequently.
