Can not use my admin anymore

Help !
Since e few days I can not use my admin anymore, impossible to make changements, to save and publish, I can't do nothing and I have no more access to enter in my files and images contents, my galleries, etc...
And my admin doesn't have the same look than before...Does someone can help me ???
Do you need my password to see the problem ?Thank you,

Did you find out what the problem was?
I've got a sitethat's just done the same thing. Was OK last week and now when I log in as admin I just get a white screen which looks like there's a php problem.
On further inspection when I set the environment type to dev I get the following error
"None of these templates can be found: Security_Security.ss, Security.ss"
I've checked the memory limit and it's set to 128MB and the <% base_tag %> is in the stylesheets aswell

UPDATE
The login problem was cured when I ran /Security/Security/LoginForm/?flush=1.
