problem with flush=1

hello guys
I launched the site http://harley-davidson-kiev.com.uahttp://harley-davidson-kiev.com.ua/service/ - it works well, but there is a problem with the clearing of the cache
when I start http://harley-davidson-kiev.com.ua/service/?flush=1 this getERROR
The requested URL could not be retrievedWhile trying to retrieve the URL: http://harley-davidson-kiev.com.ua/service/?
The following error was encountered:
* Zero Sized Reply
Squid did not receive any data for this request.
Your cache administrator is root.
tell me how differently I can clean the cache
my SilverStripe CMS - is 2.2.3 -

You can delete all the files within the directory "silverstripe-cache". The you should /?flush=all. I had this problem once and got rid of it by flushing the db wit dev/build/
