Image for clarification

When I open the install file the web server (not local) opens the .php file just fine. It tells me that all permissions have been set as needed and my versions of Php, Apache, Mysql are sufficient. When I tell it to install it goes to the install page but never goes past the point of the picture. Do also notice that the picture has a php 5 required on the tab. I have tried different permissions ect, but nothing seems to work. I installed a php 5.2 version of another program and it installed into the Mysql database just fine. If anyone can give me any added advice I would be very appreciative.
