Error when running dev/build on new beta version

I have installed the new beta version but I am getting the following error when I try to rebuild the db.
[User Error] Couldn't run query: SHOW TABLE STATUS WHERE "Name" = 'PageComment' You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'WHERE "Name" = 'PageComment'' at line 1I re-installed and tried it without changing anything and I still get the error?? Please help
