Well I found a little something that seems to be related although I haven't completely fixed the problem. This is seemingly related to my adding jQuery. At first I thought it had to do with not having my jQuery enclosed, but I have now done that and the site still doesn't load unless I remove the include of the jQuery 1.4.2 file.
