    Hi Everyone,

    My current web directory is set to: /var/www/html. When I untarred the tar file. It created a subdirectory:
    /var/www/html/silverstrip-v2.4.0. However, I tried to access the directory, but I still do not get an installation screen. What should I be seeing, and what do I do after I have untarred the application? Thanks again

    What happens when you go to the directory?

    You should be redirected to a 'install.php' file so make sure that is present as well as the index.php file (or a .htaccess) file. If you're getting a blank page then you could be getting php errors in which case check your server logs.
