    I'm trying to install SilverStripe using WebPI on my Win 2008 R2 server, runninr IIS7.5 & MySQL 5.0.22.

    I get halted with error

    MySQL Connector/Net 5.2.5 -- This product did not install correctly

    Another version of this product is already installed. Installation of this version cannot continue. To configure or remove the existing version of this product, use Add/Remove Programs on the Control Panel.

    I am running MySQL Connector/Net 6.2.4.

    Is there any way round this - I do not want to reinstall the old connector, as i have other programs dependent on the installed version.

    Any help would be appreciated
