    Empty template install fails on 2.4.5, setting up database forever Link to this post

    Choosing empty template in the install of 2.4.5 fails, it never finishes the install. Choosing blackcandy however works fine on my host.

    Visiting the site redirects to /dev/build?returnURL=%2F
    dev→ build
    Setting up the database; you will be returned to your site shortly....
