problem entering email and password on setup

When I install on my localhost with Apache, I first fixed the problems with permissions. Now all of the requirements passed, and I need to enter my email and password for the account for step 3. I enter the info, and click on the button but it is greyed out and nothing happens. Any ideas?

Could you post a full page screenshot of your install page, likely something has not been filled out / passed the checks. I believe the button does use javascript so you may need to ensure your browser has JS enabled.
