[Warning] set_time_limit() - problem with host

Hello.
I installed SilverStripe, but when I tried to dev/build the first time i got this warning:
[Warning] set_time_limit(): Cannot set time limit due to system policy
The host has deactivated this PHP-function because they have SafeMode set to Off.
I found this post, but I have found no bug-ticket.http://www.silverstripe.org/installing-silverstripe/show/9578#post278079
Is there a good way to solve this, or do I have to change hosting provider?
