Hi everyone,

I'm a SS-n00b (first post here), so please excuse my ignorance.

I downloaded the latest stable release, 2.4.7 on my WAMP setup. Everything went well.

BUT: When I compare the local backend and the one at demo.silverstripe.org, there's a lot more functions / menus @ demo.silverstripe.org. Different page-types, blog, forums, multi-language-tools etc.

Now my question: Is demo.silverstripe.org really identical to the downloadable version? Or does it contain dozens of extensions? If so, which ones are used @ demo.silverstripe.org ? Is there a list of these extensions somewhere? Or is the demo.silverstripe.org version maybe already 3.x ? (officially still labelled as "alpha")

Thanks for tips and pointers!

Hi Ganesh,

Demo will be running 2.4.X

The extensions you can see are available here: http://www.silverstripe.org/extending-silverstripe/

Cheers,
Josh

Taking a look at it quickly it has userforms, forum, blog, googlesitemaps, youtubegallery, flickrgallery, payments and maps which is only a very small selection of the extensions available.
