Hello.
Getting blank page on clean install of 3.0.3.
Error log is reporting:

PHP Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required '/var/www/vhosts/mydomain.com/httpdocs/blog/_config.php' (include_path='.:/var/www/vhosts/mydomain.com/httpdocs/framework:/var/www/vhosts/mydomain.com/httpdocs/framework/parsers:/var/www/vhosts/mydomain.com/httpdocs/framework/thirdparty:.:') in /var/www/vhosts/mydomain.com/httpdocs/framework/core/manifest/ClassLoader.php on line 57

If yes I am assuming I use this version?

Wondering why this isn't in the original install file.
I used both the gzip file from the main page as well as a zip file I found on this thread:

Any advice is appreciated.
