RC4 tar.gz misses sapphire folder

Hi!
Hmm, the SilverStripe-v2.3.0-rc4.tar.gz has no sapphire-Folder in it. I knew that there were many refactorings but killing sapphire was not one of them I think ;-)
I think the folder is just missing.

lol yeah I noticed it too when I extracted the files. I even re-downloaded the package to double check.
Hope to see update soon.
