What is OpenID?
OpenID is an Internet-wide identity system that allows you to sign in to many websites with a single account.
With OpenID, your ID becomes a URL (e.g. http://username.myopenid.com/). You can get a free OpenID for example from myopenid.com.

CMS: TinyMCE formatting toolbar displayed on every page

After installing version 2.3.1 and logging in to the CMS, the TinyMCE formatting toolbar is displayed on every page of the CMS with broken images/icons. See attached screenshot.
When opening a page containing text areas, the text areas do contain the formatting toolbar as supposed, but the toolbar with broken images is again displayed on top of the page.
