    Initial CMS login? Link to this post

    I had a trouble-free Windows Platform Installer installation, choosing SQL Server Express and IIS on a Windows 2012 server. But I did not see (or did not notice) the step to set up the initial credentials for the CMS. I saved the database connection information as suggested, but those credentials aren't valid for connecting to the CMS (and do not work, I tried).

    Is there a default login and password?

    I don't use a Windows installer, so I don't know how it is different from a normal installation, where you would add these credentials on the same install screen where all other details are entered.

    But fortunately you can always set a default admin by addeing this to your /mysite/_config.php file (replace with your own password):

    Security::setDefaultAdmin('admin','pass');

    Hi Mando,

    These are the last items entered on the single page when installing. However you can recover entry to the site easily...
