Is it possible to install silverstripe that it only needs 16m instead of 32m?

I found out that my host has a "Shared Hosting concept" so they can't change my personal settings. :(

I've installed and used SilverStripe on a 16M server myself, I can't reccomend it, as it often halts in the admin section(Out of memory error) forcing you to change to another menu and back again for each change.
In the 2.2.3 version I belive they've switched the memory check off, in the other versions you could search for 32M in the Install.php file and change it to 16M.

I do however reccomend getting a better server than the 16M one.
