CSS Theme after Installation ( localdomain )

Hello SS'er,

I have the following problem: I have downloaded and installed the latest version of SS. So far so good everything was wonderful through, but I have a simple problem with the preinstalled theme it will not display correctly (CSS are not loaded). I suspect that this could be my .htaccess.

I have SS installed as standing in a RewriteBase / a scale of I domain (silver.local), under the silver.local the CSS is not loaded.

However, when I try to access the page via localhost/SilverStripe CSS is loaded.

I hope you can help me and understand what I mean.
