Buttons not working

I just installed SS for a new site and none of the buttons like, Create, Search, Batch Actions, Insert image, etc are working. This is the same install I have been using for all my sites. Doesn't work in IE7 or FF.

I opened a different site and it works. What can I do to fix this?

I wanted to add that the FTP upload of files and install all went well. No issues.
