CHMOD dirs not in install guide

I have looked and searched for what folders to chmod 777.
Why isnt anything about this told in the guide or wiki?This is so strange that there is no mention about this.
I installed this last week and I do remeber after alot of searching i found it but now I lost the url that told this.
But its strange that it isnt under "installatioN" or in t he files in the downloaded pack. -

The installation itself should provide information whether permissions need to be changed, really there is no set guide as to what you need to have apart from assets/ needs to be 777. The installer needs to write to mysite/* as well
