What's the deal?

Here's the error:

Installing SilverStripe...

I am now running through the installation steps (this should take about 30 seconds)

You are missing your _config file (which contains the $project / database config). This should have been created when you installed but heres what it should look like - http://doc.silverstripe.com/doku.php?id=recipes:example_config_file

Hi Will,

I didn't even install it yet - I got this error when I was trying to install it.

I can't find the _config file you're referring to.
