I'm following the instructions on your site to create a new install on a machine that has never had silverstripe installed on it.
I have installed WAMPserver and modified the parameters as specified in http://doc.silverstripe.org/doku.php?id=installation-on-windows.
The next step sends me to http://doc.silverstripe.org/doku.php?id=download, which recommends the Sapphire page (http://www.silverstripe.org/sapphire).

Slightly unexpected, but I plug on via the quicklinks to Download Silverstripe (http://www.silverstripe.org/stable-download). Here I cannot find a way to download silverstripe. The download button on the top menu points to this page, and the Download button in the quicklinks (mostly obscured by a blog snippet - see attached image) also points to this page.

And from here on I seem to be running in circles, with pages promising downloads but none delivering.

Where is the actual download?
