Page Cannot Be Found

I'm trying to install SilverStripe onto my Windows machine. I followed the installation instructions, including installing MySQL. When I get through the SilverStripe installation to the final congratulations page and click the 'Launch your application now' like, I get a 'The page cannot be found' error. I know I'm doing something wrong... any suggestions?

I had this problem until I found a link to this page: http://doc.silverstripe.com/doku.php?id=iis-installation#importantinstallation_on_xp
I had to change the .php mapping in IIS as instructed
