Getting Error in Start installer using WAMP?

I get the stable version and Try to install on my local PC.
I am getting following error.Parse error: parse error in C:\wamp\www\SilverStrip\sapphire\dev\install\config-form.html on line 178
any suggestions.

after reading the bit about short open tags I enabled this from wamp server - Wamp - php - php settings - short open tags
it then installed perfectly.

i did short_open_tag = on,asp_tags = on,allow_call_time_pass_reference = On
please help me..
